2. Bookings and Payments

  • Booking Process: Bookings can be made via our website's "Quick Booking" form, by phone, or at our office. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received and you receive a confirmation from us.

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate details (names, ages, travel dates) at the time of booking. Balaji Tour Package is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • Pricing: Prices listed on the website are subject to change based on seasonality, fuel costs, and availability. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Payment: Full or partial payment must be made as per the schedule agreed upon during the booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your trip, you must notify us immediately in writing or via phone. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the travel date the cancellation is made.

  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient enrollment, force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters), or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or a refund as per our policy.

  • Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. No refunds are generally provided for "no-shows" or unused services during the trip.

4. Travel and Darshan Policies

  • Itinerary Changes: While we strive to stick to the itinerary, schedules for darshan, sightseeing, and travel times are subject to change due to traffic, temple crowd management, or road conditions.

  • Darshan Tickets: For pilgrimage packages (e.g., Tirupati Balaji), darshan is subject to availability and the rules of the temple authorities (TTD). We act as an agent to facilitate the booking and are not responsible for sudden changes in temple timings or regulations.

  • Conduct: We expect all travelers to respect local customs, temple dress codes, and the instructions of our guides/drivers. We reserve the right to terminate the service for any traveler behaving in a disruptive or unlawful manner.

5. Limitation of Liability

Balaji Tour Package acts as an agent for transport and accommodation. We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury, sickness, accident, or loss of baggage/belongings.

  • Delays or cancellations caused by airlines, trains, or temple authorities.

  • "Acts of God" (natural disasters), riots, strikes, or government restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and tour descriptions, is the property of Balaji Tour Package. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
